As autumn 2024 draws near, the event that celebrates the culinary traditions of the Madonie is back. As a fixed appointment for lovers of Sicilian gastronomy, the sixteenth edition of the Festa dei Festa dei Sapori Madoniti d’Autunno (Festival of Autumn Madonian Flavours(Festival of Autumn Madonian Flavours) will take place in Petralia Sottana on 25, 26, and 27 October.
This is a weekend dedicated to the flavours and aromas of the cuisine of Petralia Sottana and the surrounding villages, which every year attracts visitors from all over Sicily. But the event is not only limited to gastronomy: the three-day programme is full of activities, with shows, conferences, exhibitions, excursions, live music and much more.
It will be the perfect opportunity to taste the most traditional products of the Madonie, such as fresh mushrooms, cheeses, bread and the famous meats, for a memorable experience of taste and fun.
